Our Solution

We assigned a dedicated team of four IT professionals, including a team leader and three skilled engineers, to manage the on-premise data center. This team ensured smooth network and server operations, implemented robust backup solutions, and provided technical support to the client’s expansive branch network.

➡️ CISCO Proxy Tool Management:
Our team managed the CISCO proxy tool to oversee internet access for all 3,500 branches and the data center. This solution safeguarded sensitive data by enforcing strict access controls, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of the client’s digital operations.

➡️ Network Operations Center (NOC):
Using SOLAR WINDS tools, we continuously monitored the client’s network infrastructure, covering server availability, equipment health, and network connections. Our proactive approach included identifying bottlenecks, reporting issues to the client’s IT team, and ensuring uninterrupted network performance.
