Today, the client operates over5,200 branches across 28 states and union territories, with assets undermanagement (AUM) of Rs 420.69 billion and a workforce exceeding 50,000.

Client’s Requirements

The client required a robust Network Operations Center (NOC) solution to:

• Monitor the availability and performance of servers, equipment, and network connections across 3,500 branches and their central data center.
• Identify network bottlenecks promptly and report issues to the IT team.
• Utilize the SOLAR WINDS tool for seamless operations and to ensure optimal functioning of the entire network infrastructure.
