Manoj Nambiar is a go getter in Sales with an extensive experience of more than 25 years in IT infrastructure solutions including Hardware , Applications and Managed Services with customer centric approaches .Skilled in acquiring new customers, developing and retaining named and focused accounts, he is also proficient in proposing solutions and services for verticals like BFSI, healthcare, education and government.

He started his career with regional system integrators and application vendors , moved on to work with larger players like Dell , HCL Technologies , Inspira and Intel collaborating with most of the major OEM’s and niche players in IT . With his exhaustive experience throughout the IT journey, spanning from an era that included hardware and software services to the present era of cloud , IOT , Data , Blockchain and AI, he is your trusted consultant for the right directions and solutions to overcome your IT challenges and pain points to succeed in Business.

Pavan Gupta

Pavan Gupta leads our International & domestic sales (except Kerala) with new customer acquisition focus. Pavan has been with soffit for past 7 months. Previous to joining Soffit, he has held various positions at Telstra, Orange & IBM across his 13 years of sales career. Pavan brings along an experience of working with various industries ranging from Telecom, Manufacturing, Distribution & retail, Entertainment, Hospitality, IT/ITES, BFSI etc. Creating value propositions based on deep understanding of customer business is his success mantra.

Pavan is a foodie who also enjoys reading fiction, playing badminton, long drives & swimming.

Anoop P S

Anoop PS is a graduate of applied physics. He is a technical expert in various technology areas with 15+ years of experience in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry. He has worked with various SMB and Enterprise clients in India, Australia, US & Middle East. He is involved in multiple projects for planning, designing, and implementing customer infrastructure and data centers, implementing ITIL process, and Information Security Management System (ISMS ISO 27001).

At Soffit, Anoop PS is responsible for ensuring the service delivery of managed services to partners and clients.

Sreejith

Sreejith UG is an FCPA Channel Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). He has over 14 years of IT consulting, IT security audits, cybersecurity consulting, and ethical hacking experience. He's been with Soffit from the inception. He specializes in Cybersecurity Consulting, Enterprise Security Architecture, Ethical Hacking, Risk Assessment, Third-Party Risk Management, and Cybersecurity Incident Monitoring and Response across various industry verticals includes Financial Services, Information Technology, Travel, Trading, Media, healthcare etc.

Sreejith is our Lead Consultant in Digital Security Services.

Austin

Austin Rebello holds the certification of Microsoft Certified Professional. He has 12 years of experience in developing and managing Systems, Servers, Virtualization, Storage, and Networking, as well as Network Security & Access Control Servers, Storage, and Virtualization. He's spent the last nine years in Soffit. He has extensive expertise with Network Access Control solutions (Cisco, Aruba ClearPass). He was also a member of a team that provided InfoSec, Advisory, and Consulting services to some of the world's biggest manufacturing companies. SD-WAN, WAN, and SAN Storages projects, as well as developing and deploying SIEM solutions utilizing Wazuh and ELK (Wazuh, Elastic Search, Kibana, Filebeat).

Biju A S

Biju A S is a Post Graduate holder in Sociology and having experienced in Office Administration, Management, Team handing , Coordination, Social work, Research , Team Management etc. I have been working in Soffit since 2014 and presently heading the Staffing and recruitment Department.

Vipin A

Vipin is a Computer Science graduate. He has 15+ years of experience in the Information and Communication Technological (ICT) business and has technical understanding in many technology fields. He is involved in the implementation of several projects as well as the management of client IT infrastructure.

Vipin A is in charge of ensuring that managed services are delivered to partners and clients at Soffit.
